Once both sides sign the contract we start preparing a site for construction ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are ready for use.Ā
6. FoundationAND Structural Work
We will lay the foundation and build the structural framework, same time ensuring quality checks are conducted at critical stages.
7. Systems Installation
Install electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
