Project White House is a fresh, modern new home build defined by crisp white exteriors and luxury finished interiors. Every finish was chosen with intention, white James Hardie cladding, marble throughout, and gold hardware to tie it all together.
A CAREFULLY CRAFTED KITCHEN
We went all in on the kitchen. Clean white cabinetry pairs with dramatic marble countertops and backsplash, while the brushed gold fixtures add warmth and contrast. Every detail was chosen to elevate the space without overcomplicating it.
LIGHTING THAT MAKES A STATEMENT
The staircase sets the tone the moment you walk through the door. Recessed LED strip lighting runs beneath oak treads, casting a warm and layered glow. Glass railings keep the space feeling open while the stainless steel hardware adds a polished finish.
Every room in Project White House has a lighting moment. From the geometric cube pendant at the front entry to the crystal chandelier floating above the staircase, each fixture was chosen with the same care as the finishes around it. Brushed gold lantern pendants anchor the kitchen, while a pair of spiral LED sconces make a statement against the bold navy feature wall in the bedroom.
